Being born into a family of musicologists and music managers, music has surrounded Liucilė Vilimaitė since her childhood. At the age of 7 she began playing the harp at the National Balys Dvarionas music school in Vilnius, Lithuania. Soon after that Liucilė started composing music and had her first composition lessons. In 2022 Liucilė graduated from the Royal Conservatoire of the Hague, where she was taught by harpists Ernestine Stoop and Sylvain Blassel and composer Trevor Grahl. Now Liucile is experimenting with different ways of performance and is especially interested in interdisciplinary performance.
